had one of the worst sales experiences ever yesterday, went to challenger to get my semi-spoilt speaker repaired. when we got to the customer service section, we saw 4 employees standing around ONE station, attending to ONE customer. does it really require 4 of you guys to attend to one person? is your brain capacities only 1/4 of a normal person? had to take a number and sit there and wait while the other 3 employees were making small talk among each other, overheard them discussing whether to go eat "yum cha" later. wtf. finally when it got to our turn, the other 3 left to go somewhere, for no reason, leaving one attendant for us. he told us we needed to bring it to kallang for the warranty, we asked him to test the speaker out for us and told him THE WIRE WAS LOOSE. he took more than 10 minutes to get everything ready, and probably half an hour turning the speaker loud and soft, fiddling with everything and looked like he didnt know what he was doing. after waiting for damn long and getting frustrated, he finally told us he could do nothing and that the problem was that THE WIRE WAS LOOSE. WTF nice one you took that long to tell me what i already knew. thanks challenger. |
