donated blood today! got a bit shaken when i heard how much blood was actually to be donated, about 500ml, the volume of a normal bottle. WTF how can they take so much blood out of me! anyway decided not to be a pussy and went forward with our plan to donate blood, saw one by one of my friends drop out of donating because of many different reasons like previous operations and veins being too thin..watched the nurse poke a yakult straw-thick needle into me, actually i would call it more of a sharpened tube than a needle, and watched the blood flowwwwww. after about 10 minutes it was all over, and went to watch the VS versus SSC soccer match. sadly we lost again, but by a very close margin because we brought it to penalties.

come to think of it, if sports school lost to vs at soccer they would have to drop that sport from the sports school because then they wouldn't be able to call themselves the sports school because they lost to people who actually have to balance studies and sports.
